TRAINING COURSE REFUND POLICY & RETURN GOODS

GW MEMBERS RESOURCE LIBRARY SUBSCRIPTIONS
If GW terminate any monthly or annualised subscription for the GW Members Resource Library then you will be entitled to a refund of 100% of a prorated portion of Product Fees that you have prepaid for such subscription or if paid monthly then the monthly subscription will be cancelled at the next due date with no further subscription payments required or charged.​

 

ONLINE COURSES
There is no refund available for the purchase of an online training course.
 

IN-PERSON TRAINING COURSES
GW Authorised Trainers are totally independent of GW Facial Therapy and not employed by GW. ​Any financial arrangement is between the GW Authorised Trainer and the student. There is a financial risk element for the student because GW cannot refund monies paid by the student to an GW Authorised Trainer. We recommend that the student confirm in writing the GW Authorised Trainer's Refund Policy before purchasing products or a training course.

However, to help to protect the student, as part of the GW Authorisation ethics requirement, we do require the Authorised Trainer to adopt the following Required Refund Policy. If the GW Authorised Trainer breaches this requirement and obligation to a student the GW Authorised Trainer will lose their authorisation to continue to provide GW Authorised Training. 


The Required Training Course Refund Policy
Should a training course be cancelled by a GW Authorised Trainer then the GW Authorised Trainer should provide a full refund of training course fees paid. Other expenses such as accommodation, travel and out of pocket  expenses etc will not be refunded.


Refunds for training courses should be available from a GW Authorised Trainer based on the notice period given by the student for cancellation before the start of the training course:
More than 60 days' notice: 100% refund
Between 60 and 30 days' notice: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund available

 

GW SKINCARE PRODUCTS
We cannot provide refunds for ‘change of mind’ reasons or if contamination occurs after opening the product. If the product is faulty you can return the unused goods within 7 days of receiving the product, and if we find there is a manufacturing problem we will refund or replace the goods for you.​
