RETURN GOODS AND REFUND POLICY

IN-PERSON TRAINING
Refunds are available based on the notice period given for cancellation:

More than 60 days' notice: 100% refund

Between 60 and 30 days' notice: 50% refund

More than 14 days before the training course: 25% refund

Less than 14 days: No refund available

 

GW SKINCARE PRODUCTS
We cannot provide refunds for ‘change of mind’ reasons. If the product is faulty you can return the unused goods and if we find there is a manufacturing problem we will refund or replace the goods for you.
